Arcadia is the third single by Northern Irish alternative rock, Ash, from their ambitious A-Z single series (they’ll be releasing a total of 26 songs - one every fortnight).
It was announced on November 4 2009 as ‘C’. Prior to the announcement and release News of the World described Arcadia as Driven by Rick’s thumping drum beat and underpinned by a driving piano, it’s a riot of blazing guitar parts and colossal hooks.
The song was released on November 9, 2009 / 1000 Limited Vinyl and on Digital.
Ash have filmed a video for ‘Arcadia’. The music video was filmed on the A-Z Tour, the video features various Arcade games being played by the band. The video was directed by Josh Kletzkin. You can watch it here.
